Winter Park is a great group ski trip area. It offers groomed cruising runs, challenging mogul runs and an area called Discovery Park that offers gentle slopes and lifts for those learning to ski. It has a great terrain park and is a very group friendly area, a great place for your next group ski vacation. They have a free local shuttle system to get you to the slopes from your lodging and back. Winter Park has one of the higher average annual snowfall amounts in the state and due to the elevation and northern location holds the snow well.
